I am a qualified Integrative Counsellor with BA (Honours). Integrative counselling is a form of therapy that offers several modalities to ensure I can support each individual in a personal manner. Each session is tailor-made to give you the best, expert, and confidential support, in a non-judgemental and safe environment.

Person centred therapy is the foundations to all my approaches. I use these tools, techniques, and beliefs to ensure you feel comfortable and safe to explore your inner most thoughts and emotions. This enables you to build upon your self-esteem, confidence, and beliefs in yourself to become a happier version on you.
Life throws many surprises at us, and while we cannot predict the outcome of any situation, we can take control of how we respond to certain situations. Within our counselling sessions, you’ll learn about acceptance and how to exert your power of choice over whatever life may throw at you.
Cognitive Behavioural Therapy
This modality works well alongside the person-centred approach and leads to a happier, healthier life. My job is to give you the tools and techniques to achieve a balanced and fulfilling lifestyle. After several sessions, you will become well-versed at handling issues whenever and wherever they arise.
